On our first visit we check the suitability of your existing systems, making sure they are fit for purpose. We will also discuss your requirements, likes and pet hates etc. Then we make recommendations that will suit you and get the best out of your IT.
Monthly remote health checks for Servers
From experience we know that regular checkups can expose performance issues and alert us to any potential or likely system failure before it has a chance to impact on your business. Monthly checks allow us to understand your systems better, resolve problems before they strike and save your business from costly downtime.
If we do detect adverse results from our monitoring, corrective action can be carried out quickly, often remotely and with little-to-no downtime. These checks minimise the chances of costly engineer calls and lengthy server downtime.
We establish a secure connection from our base to your servers allowing regular monitoring to ensure system health, security and performance. A report is emailed directly to you, keeping you fully informed and advised. The following areas are remotely monitored on a monthly basis:

- Backup status of your system and documents
- File system and database health
- Network/internet communication
- Performance data
- Disk defragmenting
- Virus checks and updates
Reduced rate for additional onsite engineer visits
If the unexpected happens we can arrange for an engineer to visit you. Your IT priorities become our priorities - we will aim to have an engineer on site within 24 hours.
Our engineers are able to help you with other tasks besides disaster recovery - such as equipment relocation, upgrades and installation of new equipment - all at a reduced rate to customers on our maintenance plans.
